What a good diet for a young person can still lose weight?

I am a 14 year old boy. I'm about 5'7-5'8. I weigh about 210 pounds. Its really my legs and stomach to be cut my arms are fine. Go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but realized that I need to diet. I have to find a good diet. anyone have any idea?
