Is it better to eat 1500 calories a day, or to move from 1200 to 1400 – 1600 – 1800? (1500 Average amount over 4 days) to bother with Wu Yi and berries. Everything Rachel Ray or endorsed by Oprah just does not fly with me kthnx ~ nah i would probably not manage, I much more active now than when I was on a diet 1200cal last year. + I need 2300 calories, like, not to mention the form of exercise, so I need more than 3000 on days i do not swim.
