What ingredient / drug Diet Pills cause harmful side effects?
As a research project, I would like to know the names of drugs or specific ingredients should "Watch out" to the diet pills. (Note: It does not take a diet pill is only to research)
Generally, people are more concerned about the additives used to accelerate your metabolism and give you energy, as caffiene, blood orange extract, ephedra and Zhi shi, and others. That raise blood pressure, perhaps to dangerous levels, increasing your heart rate and can lead to a stroke. Some pills are manufactured in countries without the same controls on ingredients like here and can contain toxic substances, not on the label ingredients.
