well, I started doing lots of exercise and I was very thin, which I guess helps you feel better about myself, but then I put the weight back on when I started eating again aa. So no, that does not go to plan or make me feel better. Drugs .. hmm, and I started Prozac [] fluoxetine first my mood even worse, I'm getting very suicidal, but even my mood, I realized that I began to feel very zombie like and could not fully 'm not really feeling, that I hated. I was on it for about 6 months or something before it starts to stop having effect on me, but changed collitipram? or so I am now, again as with Prozac first came down but now it has stabilized, but I have no motivation to do something, my education is largely affected [im 14], but each one is different, and it might go well, I'd say try because you never know, good luck:) xx
