What is the proper nutrition and diet I should go to "tone" and not "lose weight?
I have 14 years, I'm not really difficult for me from my body, I love you, but I wanted the tone for some time, the high tone, but not losing weight, I have a gym and fruit and vegies time, but this diet should I follow? What should I getitng nutrition?
At age 14 I do not think you should still be too demanding of your diet. You are the body goes through many changes required for good nutrition. I think it's a good idea to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables as you can, but do not cut milk and whole grains. Start drinking skim milk if you can, eat yogurt and whole wheat bread. Also, if you are already in the fruit loop "cocoa powder" stage, so I suggest eating Special K cereal I especially like the flavor of the fruit and yogurt. Try you like:) and do not lean either to cut protein, eat lots of chicken, tuna, boiled fish and healthy. You can check with your parents before starting the diet, because it can not be consistent with your new diet found. Maybe you can integrate (a) introduction of healthy eating habits in your family. Exercise is a good way to tone your body. Have you ever thought about gymnastics? I know at that age I was in the gym and has undoubtedly contributed to my physical. You can also skip the rope, which is a very good and easy too. You may be able to buy one of these mini trampoline, gymnastics a bit the same. But it works, believe me! You're smart to start taking care of your body as now. I hope this has helped good luck!
