Tips for the secret of the diet?

I enrolled in a contest a little like "The Biggest Loser" through a fitness club. I am 29 and over 100 pounds to lose. I have not made significant physical activity for a few years. I'm going into the 2nd week contest. I lost 6 pounds the first week. I reduced my calorie intake to about 1000 per day and I work 5 times a week (cardio and some weight training). Does anyone have tips on losing weight fast? Are there certain foods to stay away from that are not so well known? (obviously, no sweets, low carb, low sodium, sugar, soda). I to test the diet of cabbage soup for a week (the competition is 8 weeks). I'm thinking what is the launch of my weight loss. I will meet with the keepers of the weight after the contest is over. Can I drink lots of water? What if my increased heart rate when doing cardio to maximize fat burning. Diet soda or no soda? I'm here to win!

A fruit salad 2 glasses of water. 9.11 Day lights in the small apples yogurt. and a glass of milk. Lunch cabbage soup. Water supplied you can drink. Dinner.Cabbage Soup 4 strawberries and a glass of milk in blender. As a result of what you want without bananas. 12-14 Day Breakfast granola bar and a poptart. as fruits you can eat. cranberry juice. Lunch plain yogurt. , Water green vegetables. and any fruit you want your choice, including banana. Cabbage Soup Supper.
