weight lifting diet

I'm overweight, I'm looking for a good diet plan and a plan for lifting weights?
I'm looking for something that can be very effective for weight loss and maintenance, and also the format. I have worked before, but never seriously. I'm on the road around 6'2 and 270 pounds, which is more body fat and muscle. I would like change this, but I want to do well. I do not want to spend money on this if possible, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Thomas
Hey, I was in the same boat, with want to lose weight in the right direction, but not the payment of shakes or anything. Ive lost 4 kilos in 4 weeks .. sorry im not sure how many kilos that is .. OHK just to use a converter .. its 8.8 kilos in 4 weeks to count calories. www.caloriecount.about.com If you put in your size, weight, age, etc., that works for you body mass index and the amount of calories burned in a day and therefore how much you should eat a day to lose weight. Help by telling how many calories in any food you can think and say should be taken when your ideal weight (even if I'm beating the deadline they gave me) If you've spent long enough, it works. Its low price and learn healthy eating really ay. I recommend Goodluck!
