What is the menu for 3 days for quick weight loss diet?

I have a friend who mentioned a system in which 3 days eating eggs, raw vegetables, green, orange and beef or chicken every day for 3 days. Where can I find more details and explanation of how, etc.?

Diet Dates: 1. Commit to Consume 4 to 6 small meals each day. 2. To succeed, we must plan ahead by packing your lunch the night before. Hence, always be cool and low-fat foods in the area. 3. Keep it simple. Do not be too taken in the details or the diet. Start by counting calories. 4. Eat your food slower. 5. Make a selection of healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans, low fat dairy products or fat, lean meats, fish and poultry without skin. 6. Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories. 7. Avoid foods that are rich in sugars, such as cakes, sweets, cakes and sweets. 8. Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit every day. Exercise: Regular exercise is necessary. jogging, swimming and 15 minutes will suffice.
