Vegetables are low in calories and very good, but why do you feel full?
The result of it. I have nothing against fruit or vegetables and, in fact I really like, but do not always seem to be filling and I was wondering why? If they are low in calories? And I realize that you need more one type of food for a meal if it is not my question.
More vegetables are filled with wonderful juice, most of which is water. Thus, fruit or vegetables that are filled with water, probably not satisfied. Try eating a couple servings of dried fruit, and feel the difference. So you have grains, vegetables and other foods high fiber for you to feel full. The high protein food = more calories than carbohydrate energy is used to obtain long term. So if you eat your vegetables, try eating whole grains like brown rice. Drink more water when you are finished eating if you eat more vegetables than grains. And you can eat more meals throughout the day keeping your metabolism and your body to function at full and at its peak. Edit: If you feel full for a long time .. make a potato soup and whole wheat pasta with vegetables rich. Lentil soup also give me full for a full day
