If There was cabbage soup for 1-2 months (no other food on the plane, only cabbage soup) What will happen? How much weight should I lose? Of course I am a 16 year old girl and 5'7 and 130 pounds (FAT)
I know you probably do not want to hear this, but need. 130 is not fat at 5'7. You compare weight to young girls if you think you are fat. The diet of cabbage soup will do nothing but deplete essential nutrients. You need variety in their diets and soup cabbage is not a variety. Are allowed from time to time, but not for 1-2 months. I think being on the brink of an eating disorder. Spoil yourself and eat healthily and lose weight naturally. It will prevent many problems for you in the future. Losing weight too quickly gain any benefit more secure and, believe me, you do not want that. Basically, a balanced diet and exercise and weight will take care of itself. Good luck.
