diet pills??
I just want a litle help losing some belly fat before summer. I am about 20 lb over weight for my height. i have been looking at diet pills online..is there a pill that actually works?? Or does anyone know of a diet that really works.
By the way i like food and would rather not starve myself.
There are absolutely NO peer reviewed human clinical studies on any of the over the counter diet pills that indicate any weight loss attributable to their use. Not one pound.. ever.
You need to cut your caloric intake. Eat what you want but just a lot less of it. No between meal snacks. Drink lots of water and when you feel yourself getting hungry, just smile and tell yourself “well, now I’m getting somewhere.”
Eat until you are no longer hungry, that’s going to be way before you feel full. Don’t buy into the myth that you have eat everything on your plate. If you don’t want to be wasteful invest in some Tupperware and eat the rest of your meal later.
Exercise. Waking is just an amazing way to lose weight and 20 minutes 3-4 times a week can make you feel strong and healthy.
