The types of foods that help control high blood
Stop eating meat. All meat. Including chicken, fish, etc. Stop eating salt Stop eating wheat, corn and dairy products. Obviously, no fast food like McDonald's, no junk food like pop and chips, and no prepared foods, frozen or otherwise. Moderate exercise on a daily basis (30 minutes per day, every day.) Drink least 2L of water per day, spread throughout the day. Drink a glass of water with each meal. You will see a drastic reduction in blood pressure. But most people are unwilling to do so. If you want to die a decade or two earlier than it is for you.
