I have a friend who mentioned a system in which 3 days eating eggs, raw vegetables, green, orange and beef or chicken every day for 3 days. Where can I find more details and explanation of how, etc.?

Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories. 7. Avoid foods that are rich in sugars, such as cakes, sweets, cakes and sweets. 8. Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit every day. Exercise: Regular exercise is necessary. jogging, swimming and 15 minutes will suffice.
