My soup has simmered for 2 hours and vegetables are now nice and soft. The problem is that there are piles of water left. Should I spoon the amount of vegies and water I want or a little too thick puree thank you very much
You can puree some and some pieces to the soup has some texture. Or …. can blitz all without the liquid and continue to add fluid so you get the right consistency. Sounds delicious …. Steve
