low calorie diet plan

What or where should I look to find a good diet plan. (Books. websites ..)?
I am over weight and trying to find a plan that is easy to hold. I went to a low calorie diet again last September and lost 18 pounds, but have since gained about 10 pounds more than ever I'm Back reached my goal. I feel fat all the time and came to the conclusion that diet pills are Equil trying to take the easy road, but diet pill neither works. I want a healthy and easy to eat and foods that are easy to prepare. I'm tired of thinking about what and where my next meal is …. I came even thought about hypnosis … any suggestions at all appreciated! I started last week for the gym and do 1 hour of cardio on Mondays, Fridays and Wendensdays, then Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends to walk my dog around our 6 acres. I know it sounds like a lot of excercise but I feel the need to keep adding things every week, such as resistance training, for example.
I am also weighing and measuring IVE lost 7 kilos, but with a book Weight Watchers cooking, its been very helpful, lol I'm very demanding and I assign assign it at that. As the burgers, homemade pizzas, fries, shrimp cake, spaghetti, etc., and easy to cook delicious too! (: PS-ive lost 7 kilos in 3 weeks or less, in the vicinity. GOOD LUCK!;]
