What to do after the regime of lemonade / Master Cleanse?
Okay, so I'm on the lemonade diet, and my 8 th day, and I'm almost ready. A second day, says I have to eat raw fruits and vegetables. Well, I really do not eat many vegetables, except corn, cabbage and carrots. So I was wondering if it would be possible to eat carrots with ranch dressing? Lite Ranch Dressing to be exact. So can anyone help me out?
even if this is a Lite Ranch dressing, it's still very fat and unhealthy. you can try googling some non-fat yogurt dipping sauces carrots if you really want something to eat with them. Otherwise, just be eaten by themselves.
