high carbohydrate diet

Popular low-carbohydrate diet low blood sugar such as Atkins and South Beach may have led some to believe that low carb is the right way follow in managing their condition. I disagree because such a diet can be deadly for people suffering from hypoglycemia and certainly will not help a bit to keep under control hypoglycaemia.
Carbohydrates give us energy. Provide the fuel for our body to function properly. Thus, our body needs carbohydrates carbon for energy. If you've tried the low carb diet like Atkins, you know what I mean, you may feel weak, tired, sleepy and disoriented all time.
The trick here is to eliminate carbohydrates from your diet, but instead of eliminating the bad carbs and keep the property.
"Bad" carbohydrates, more accurately known as simple carbohydrates or refined sugars are carbohydrates that are quickly absorbed by the body, increasing and levels of sugar.
"Good" carbohydrates, also known as complex carbohydrates, take much longer to be broken and, therefore, the slow release of blood sugar. These are the carbs you want in your carbohydrate diet hypoglycemia do not cause sudden spikes that level blood sugar in the blood.
Some examples of complex carbohydrates include bread, vegetables and whole grains.
To regain hypoglycemia, is not necessary to eliminate carbohydrates from our diet. Indeed, it may be harmful to their health and make your condition worse. Carbohydrates should represent 50% of their diet. The trick here is to eliminate the "bad" carbohydrates and replace with good.
Effective management of your hypoglycemia requires you to pay extra attention to your diet. There is no quick fix diet in beating hypoglycemia. More importantly, beware of diet “experts” or “gurus” who tell you to simply cut out an entire food group from your diet. The key here is to be discerning and build your own diet plan that you can tolerate. Learn how you can manage your hypoglycemia now!
