Let's get right to lose 15 pounds in 7 days to healthy. You must apply these techniques to get incredible results. But please, check your weight every 5 to 7 days may be too thin or unknowingly.

For a faster weight loss, take a meatless diet to rid your body of harmful microorganisms that can paralyze your weight loss progress.

Eat when hungry. Stop when 70%.

Prolonged starvation can cause your body absorb more calories when you start eating.

So when you're hungry, go with the meal. And eat slowly to allow your stomach time to tell your brain about the sensation of satiety. Stop when you feel at 70%. Not 80% or 100% complete. Keep in mind.

Eat more

Separate 3 larger meals into 5 small meals separately and then have breakfast around 7 to 8 hours, lunch at 12 to 1 pm and dinner from 6 to 7 pm and between slots for 2 meals light snacks such as bread oatmeal or whole wheat or other snacks. Again, no junk food.

N dinner

At night, your metabolism works slowly. Some nutritionists say that no matter what time you eat during the day. But research scientific and common sense tells us that does not affect how your body handles calories at different times.

No dinner. You must complete your meal and 3 hours or more before bedtime. However, if your stomach growls a bit right before bedtime, eat a simple sandwich and oatmeal cookies (small pieces up to 3) or a slice of bread.

However, it provides a certain amount of these foods in your daily meals. Mix and match them with the different meal plans to produce not only to get bored eating the same story at every meal. Let your creative juices flow.

Sleep Well
