I know what a healthy diet for teenagers?
Im looking for a healthy diet for someone like me. im a athlete I have plenty of exercise and sleep im supposed to have much time to cook, so I need fast food and tend to eat much because of the number of trains. im kinda looking for examples of what I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks Thanx for your help (:
