What are the dancers and cheerleaders diet?
What do they eat? Is there a large amount of protein and salad or what? If Please, if you're a leader to tell me what your serving you!
I am a professional dancer and work out at least 6 hours per day. As generally eat cereal with nonfat yogurt for breakfast, many of the proteins (chicken, salmon eggs) mixed with lots of vegetables for lunch and dinner, usually eat only vegetables. I have more often fruit snacks or maybe sometimes the energy bar. it is not so, but I have a slow metabolism hope that helped to
